Pragmata
Pragmata is an adventure game to be published by Capcom. It is expected to be launched in early 2022. The first trailer of the game was launched in June and has certainly grabbed a lot of people’s attention. Initially, it may look like a Kojima game, but when you watch the trailer more closely, you realize it is a completely unique game – something which Capcom have not released before. If this isn’t one of the big games of 2022, I don’t know what to say.
In the trailer, you see a character walking on an abandoned street. He is wearing a spacesuit and helmet, and uses some advanced technology to see the hologram of the people who used to walk that street. Sounds like a cool idea!
Its initial release is announced for PlayStation 5. However, like the other games by Camcom, a PC version is also expected.
Destiny 2: Lightfall
Destiny 2: Lightfall is a sci-fi shooter game currently being developed by Bungie Company. Destiny 2: Lightfall will actually mark the end of the Destiny 2 trilogy. The content of the game has not been released yet, so your guess is as good as mine! Will this be one of the big games of 2022
As it is the end of the trilogy, it is expected that it might not revolve around The Hive. Speculation suggests that they may bring a different race to the series where Darkness will appear in a better form. The game is expected to be released during fall 2022.
Chrono Odyssey
Chrono Odyssey is a next-gen multiplayer online game currently being worked on by Npixel. The game is expected to be released for mobiles, PCs and consoles in mid 2022, and has been under testing since 2019, which suggests to me that the pandemic delayed release. Hopefully this will another one of the big games of 2022.
According to the developers, it will be a fantasy game about time and space in which you fight against 12 gods. You attack and dethrone them, which creates the challenge element that many MMO game lovers enjoy. The trailer is worth watching, as you will see a number of interesting and unique characters and battlefields. Looking forward to this one!
Kerbal Space Program 2
Kerbal Space Program 2 is another video game to watch out for. Intercept Games and Private Division are involved with this game, and the release date is scheduled for early 2022.
Kerbal Space Program 2 is an exciting sequel to the Kerbal Space Program game that dazzled gamers with its interesting and addictive space flights. Players are expecting that the new release game will include better base buildings, control buttons, and will also provide a faster flight experience. This likely will be one of the big games of 2022.
The game was initially planned to be released in 2020, but it got delayed by Covid. The publishers of the game have built a new studio that is designed specifically for Kerbal, which shows that they are ploughing a lot of time and effort into this title, so it’s certainly worth waiting for. Players believe this might be the reason behind the delay in release too.
